The Nature Conservancy awarded 50 schools in 15 states across the country Nature Works Everywhere grants for the 2015-2016 school year with funding from Lowes and The Walt Disney Company. With the grant, schools will use gardens as outdoor science learning labs to address multiple conservation issue
