This was an excellent and brief article that explains the difference between synchronous and asynchronous learning, the benefits and challenges or both, and how to evaluate what kind of learning is best for the situation. This is a great read for teachers integrating and moving into a globally designed classroom to be sure that the best platform for learning is offered.
