This shaky economy makes Baby Boomers fearful of selling. They want financial security and are fearful of high interest rates, sky high insurance and escalating HOA fees.
My prediction, the housing market will continue to do a down turn and become a true buyers market. Real estate is ever changing and no market lasts forever!
