Nancy Low Choy Memorial Gerontology/Neurology Seeding Grant recipient Heidi Gilchrist outlines that carefully structured dance classes may also help prevent falls. Regular physical activity is a necessity for people as they get older, not just for fitness but also to prevent falls.
