I get asked a lot, should I be running or walking. You do you. If you prefer one over the other do it. If you have an injury that stops you from running...walk! I also use this as a guideline. If you need a 'pick me up'....run. But if the world is going too fast for you at the moment and you need to relax and/or de-stress...walk. Whatever you do, do something, because doing any activity is better than doing no activity. Enjoy it! 🚶♀️🏃♀️👟
