I've written two posts in the last week about a Judge in Tennessee who prevented a mother from naming her baby boy Messiah and a judge in New York who prevented a family from changing their family ...

Is this a case of "'twas ever thus"?  We've all heard of Puritan slogan names like Praisegod.

 

And does this mean that people named, say, Salvador or Salvator grow up with inflated egos?
