Donald Trump’s insane rally speech the other day was probably a welcome respite for disgrace of a person Scott Pruitt, as the latter retires under scandal, arguably one of the most corrupt and morally bankrupt government officials we have seen in the modern era. Trump attacked everybody including George Bush senior for his “Thousand Points of Light” call to charity.
