Et le moins que l’on puisse dire, c’est que le Luxembourg se défend plutôt bien, avec des performances souvent supérieures à la moyenne des pays de l’Union européenne. C’est, par exemple, le cas en matière d’accès à l’internet haut débit: 100% de la population au Grand-Duché est couverte, contre une moyenne de 97% pour l’ensemble de l’UE.

Plans foresee that roaming charges will end in December 2015.
