This seems like a straightforward question, but it’s proven to be a difficult one to answer. Even visualization researchers – people who think about the subject all day and every day – don’t have a clear definition of what visualization is. Is it synonymous with information graphics? Does visualization have to be computer generated? Does data have to be involved, or can it be abstract? The answers vary depending on who you ask. To me, visualization is a medium. It’s not just an analysis tool nor just a way to prove a point more clearly through data. Visualization is like books. There are different writing styles and categories, there are textbooks and there are novels, and they communicate ideas in different ways for varied purposes. And just like authors who use words to communicate, there are rules that you should always follow and others that are guidelines that you can bend and break... Via Lauren Moss

De très nombreux exemples d'infographies, malheureusement pas toujours aboutis. A croiser avec d'autres infographies ou représentations sur des sujets identiques ou bien à rapprocher des données sources.

SEO must adopt and adapt in order to be taken seriously and command the type of influence required to drive change.
To do effective SEO now, at the very least, you have to be a digital strategist, social media marketer, a content strategist, conversion rate optimizer, and a PR specialist.
SEOs are already inherently each of these things, however in most businesses these are all different capabilities that sit in different groups, or offices or cities. Who are we to upset an entire digital ecosystem and undermine so many people?
The new SEO process is not about chasing the algorithm; it’s about fulfilling the needs of the people the algorithm serves.
It’s about creating and discovering the content that resonates with the people that a business is trying to reach and then also covering the technical bases required to get results.
It’s about understanding the connections between keywords in the mind of your target audience in order to optimize for them effectively.
And most importantly, it’s about having SEO become the driver of the marketing mix rather than the outcast.
So, let’s discuss a new process that allows SEO to improve the effectiveness of all digital marketing channels – not just inbound.

On a parfois du mal à voir la portée de ses tweets. Une fois publiés, ils vivent leur vie loin de vous. Mais qui exactement y a accès ? On le sait, ce n'est pas forcément la puissance du premier émetteur (vous) qui va guider ces messages vers le succès. Cela peut bien sûr aider, mais la pénétration d'un tweet dépend fortement de ceux qui vont le relayer. On peut très bien n'avoir que quelques abonnés mais toucher des milliers de personnes. Pour vous donner un aperçu du nombre de personnes voyant potentiellement vos tweets, Tweetreach peut être très utile. Entrez votre pseudo (ou n'importe quel mot clé), il vous indiquera le nombre de personnes y ayant eu accès. Attention, le service se limite aux 50 derniers tweets comprenant le mot/nom d’utilisateur.
