El metaverso llega a la Universidad para hacer lo mismo de antaño: El educador transmite conocimiento; el estudiante toma notas y estudia lo que viene en el examen. Aprueba o repueba el examen... El Metaverso es mucho más que eso. Es la Universidad la que tiene que entrar al metaverso para crear portales de aprendizaje inmersivo. El estudiante deja de estudiar, para adoptar un nuevo rol de aprendizaje. Será un ente activo que construye conocimientos compartidos con definiciones compartidas, crea cosas nuevas e inimagibables, debate puntos de vista, investiga diferentes fenómenos en diferentes tiempos, participa en medio de la diversidad socio-cultural de la era, crea nuevas capas sociales a través de la tecnología, replica sus conocimientos y destrezas en el mundo físico en el que vive diariamente... El metaverso NO sirve para dar clases en un momento dado; sirve para crear ecosistemas de aprendizaje que generan conexiones sinápticas, sociales y con nodos de conocimiento NO HUMANOS...
