Call for Proposals A call for proposals has been launched under the project WE GOV! with a budget of € 200,000 and in order to fund innovative micro projects in the field of governance and capacity building of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in the MENA region. WE GOV! is a three year project co-funded by the European Commission and implemented by GVC and its partners : ACCUN (Tunisia), Ya Basta (Italy), ACHRS (Jordan), MA'AN and HAI (Palestine) across four countries: Jordan, Libya, Palestine and Tunisia. Priorities
To promote the uptake and speed up the use of the eInvoicing DSI amongst both public and private entities established in the EU and EEA countries participating in the CEF Telecom programme, Generic Services will be supported through grants under the 2016 budget with the purpose of putting solutions for the exchange of eInvoices in place.
Applications must support one of the two activities below: 1.) Uptake of eInvoicing solutions by public authorities. 2.) Support the implementation of the EN in existing eInvoicing solutions.

Funding will be granted as an incentive for Member States to develop their cyber security capacity for participating in the cooperation platform and mechanisms set up by the work programme 2015, including one or both of the following: activities for increasing the preparedness of the n/g CERTs/CSIRTs (e.g. development or acquisition of better tools for analysis, identification, and detection of threats, awareness campaigns, services to local agents) the establishment of access points from the n/g CERTs/CSIRTs to the cooperation mechanisms (e.g. secure devices and software, interfaces, gateways, translation of local tools into common formats).
