Couple days ago I tried to parse something from one web site. But, guess what, it’s written with bunch of java scripts and tools like wget or curl which I usually use for this not worked at all. That is because those tools will just grab non-processed html. Then I found out PhantomJS. Really powerful tool, actually it’s headless web browser which you can use in shell. Even better you can run it on EC2 instance or any other Linux machine. I thought, if this tool can load whole web page like a real web browser, why not to use it for performance testing. There are a lot of tools for this purpose, but on newer webpages which are full of pictures and java scripts those are really useless. Let’t get started with simple setup on Linux machine:... The smartest companies in the world have made a decision to embrace the future: Google and Facebook are plugging their Internet infrastructure into the wind and sun, and now Apple is doing the same thanks to people like you who asked them to embrace clean power! Unfortunately, other Internet companies are still stuck in the past: Microsoft and Amazon still get their power from coal power, a 19th-century fuel that causes climate change. All the companies behind the Internet can get their power from clean sources, but they won’t until they hear from you. Join us in asking Amazon and Microsoft to make the Internet green.

Nous invitons donc toutes entreprises, PME, PMI, collectivités à afficher publiquement leurs engagements pour le développement durable et en particulier l'écologie. Nous vous proposons de Publier sur votre site internet une charte écologique détaillant chaque point que vous vous engagez à respecter au quotidien. Copier les points de charte adoptés par les entreprises participant à ce projet si vous pouvez tenir ces mêmes engagements. Ne pas revendiquer l'exclusivité sur un point de votre charte, mais au contraire inviter le plus grand nombre d'entreprises à appliquer cet article si vous y avez trouvé un réel intérêt. Documenter ou commenter les points innovants de votre charte qui méritent d'être partagés. Favoriser le constat d'application de mesures préconisées dans la charte par la presse ou le public.
