Establishing healthy boundaries has been instrumental in my life. As part of my recovery, I had to set limits when others were sabotaging my process, instead of constructively supporting it. Likewise, my father had to draw the line with me whenever my behavior was out of control.

In this article, we learn tricks which aren't treatments, so information is to be taken with a grain of salt, however, the advice given is legit. We are told to prioritize sleep, a good life hygiene, exercise like doing yoga and meditating have been shown times and times again to reduce stress, anxiety and have a positive impact on depression. Avoiding being alone is also one of them. In conclusion, this article helps you find a good life balance but not a permanent solution if you suffer from depression. In fact, these are preventive activities to live a happier, healthier life but definitely not a depression treatment.
