People who really care about the wisdom of the crowds need to think beyond "clicking" and sifting through "likes" and "shares" to gain insights that matter.

I am not so sure, despite how popular it is to talk about the wisdom of crowds because this approach seems like a rehash of the Delphi method, that uses experts in a given field to do the same thing act as a cord. The reliability of the Delphi method has already been called into question as not being all that helpful in the long term
