Trend 5:"The classroom is getting wired".
Apps, parent/teacher portals, tablets, and mobile devices are becoming the norm in classrooms. "Technology is second nature today, so it only makes sense that we use it as an educational tool."
The concern of the “digital divide”, however, remains. Only higher-income school systems tend to benefit from these types of technology.
