Malabar, Carambar et autres bonbons Krema sont repassés ce mardi sous drapeau français, regroupés dans un nouveau groupe chargé de revigorer une dizaine de marques emblématiques de friandises pour qu'elles traversent encore des générations de gourmands.Outre Carambar, les marques ancestrales Poulain, Krema, La Pie Qui Chante et Terry's ainsi que des licences des Pastilles Vichy, des chewing-gums Malabar et des Rochers Suchard sont désormais rassemblées dans le groupe CPK, a indiqué son propriétaire, la société d'investissement Eurazeo, dans un communiqué.La société d'investissement française, qui avait racheté à l'américain Mondelez fin mars 2016 ce portefeuille de sucreries et dont le chiffre d'affaires est d'environ 250 millions d'euros, vient de «finaliser son investissement».
