The BIG Bang Theory vs. Creationism | HIS CPA

The BIG Bang Theory vs. Creationism | HIS CPA | Christian Spiritual Counseling | Scoop.it
The BIG Bang Theory vs. Creationism
American Institute Health Care Professionals's insight:

This is a hot topic among Christians.  While modernism is an  ever present danger in reducing scripture to myth, true christians loyal to Christ use true and proven scriptural exegesis to understand the word of God and hope to interpret Genesis from a different light than fundementalists or literalists.   The idea of theistic evolution is a viable one and could make sense.  This is not a radical ideal but one speculated as viable, although not superior to literalism, by pope Pius XII in Humani Generis or the orgin of men.  The article below talks about theistic evolution. If you are interested in learning more about christian counseling, then please review the program.

Congressional Budget Office: 30 Late-Term Abortions Each Day | Christian Spiritual Counseling | Scoop.it
American Institute Health Care Professionals's insight:

Abortion is murder!  As infanticide continues in this country, we must ask ourselves how much longer will we kill our future?  Late term abortions show the cruel reality of what we as a nation are killing--not a configuation of "cells" but human life--with hands, feet, eyes, nose and nerves--that feel pain!  Christ centered counseling condemns these actions!

Grief is evidence that you’ve loved

American Institute Health Care Professionals's insight:

Grief cannot exist without love.  The value of the loss is measured by how much love existed.  In this temporal realm, love is tied to grief, but in the next world, love will be freed from grief.  Christian counseors understand the nature of grief and help people realize it is only a temporary emotion in an imperfect world.

American Institute Health Care Professionals's insight:

An excellent article on celibacy in the church.  The Orthodox and the Eastern Catholics already have a married priesthood.  Hence there should be no issue if this can exist within the Catholic Church when it already does.  It would just not exist within the Latin and Western Rites. CNS STORY: Pope says false ideas of freedom spawn threats to human life

American Institute Health Care Professionals's insight:

Good choices lead to life.  False notions of freedom that put one's choice over life are not true freedoms but failure to overcome ego and the authority of God.  We cannot equate true freedom that acts within the norms of respect of other's rights with false freedom that can ultimately lead to subjectivism and anarchy.  Christian Counselors must teach their spiritual children what true freedom is and how we must always respect life.
