Chef Sean interviews Miss Molly from The Ice Cream Shoppe in the latest Mek Wi Talk Food. Chocolate Stout is coming back soon, and she'll be making a new ice cream called Big People Smores.  Awesome.  Can't wait.  The best ice cream and the best Chocolate Stout.

Belikin is brewing Chocolate Stout, just in time for Easter.  It's made with Belizean cacao from down south.  It has the gold wrapper on the top, and some bits of cacao in it.

"We present to you Belikin Chocolate Stout, made with organic cacao from the farms of Toledo, Belize.  We don't use fillers or shortcuts and we don't compromise our brewing.  We only produce the best for The Beer of Belize."

Tonight is Ladies Night in Cayo, and you'll be able to get Belikin's newest seasonal stout, Chocolate Stout.  Meluchi's and Mr. Greedy's should both have it.  Enjoy.

Nolan Michael had this to say about Belikin's new Chocolate Stout: “It’s definitely creamier.  It’ll have a lot less foam or head retention on any pour because of the natural oils and flavors of the chocolate that’s in it but we still expect that everybody will really enjoy it.”

There's a Belikin Stout Chocolate Bar!  The Belize Chocolate Company has teamed up with Belikin to create it, and it can be bought at the Belikin Store online.

Belikin will be having free tastings of their Chocolate Stout this weekend.  Tonight, it'll be at Blue Angels and La Cabana.  Tomorrow night, it'll be at Piache and E and L Sports Bar, and during the day, Lin's Supermarket.  They are rolling it out again in honor of the Chocolate Festival of Belize, which will be down in Toledo the last weekend of this month.
