Ricky Cunil got a lot of fun pictures from the Succotz Cultural and Informational day.  

"Community of San Jose Succotz and the Succotz RC School PTA are actively involved in the development of their community, Education and Social needs of their students. They believe that Culture, education, sports and discipline are fundamental activities when it come to the development of our youths, in their daily, personal and educational behaviours. They held a one day Cultural and Information Day at the San Jose Succotz RC School grounds. Where different organizations and groups displayed their products, services and what they have to offer to the community. There were cultural presentation done by students from the school, cultural dishes and delicacies. All this in the effort to develop a positive moral and keep cultural alive in the village. Thank to the Succotz RC School PTA for organizing such a wonderful event."

Congratulations, Ricky!  The Benque Rotaractor is one of only 12 winners worldwide of the Scotiabank International Bright Future Young Leaders Award.  Well deserved.

"The Scotiabank International Bright Future Young Leaders Award is awarded to youths who make outstanding contributions to their communities. To be eligible, applicants must reside in a participating country, complete 100 hours of volunteerism in a minimum of three of the Bank's six philanthropic pillars - education, arts, health, social services, sports. and environment. The award promotes volunteerism in the young generation and each year 12 winners are chosen worldwide."

Ricky Cunil was the MC for this year's Cayo Public Service Information Day - held at the Cayo Welcome Center - and he got some great pictures of the event.

"Cayo Public Service Information Day. Had the honor of being invited as Master of Ceremonies. The Public Services conducts its public information day annually to educate the people about the various departments within government which help run the country. The information day also serves to give information and requirements to students and persons interested in joining the government work force in the various ministries."
