The Jaguars will be hosting Grand Cayman on March 25th as part of the 2018 World Cup qualification rounds. They've released the roster, and Cayo has quite a few great players on there. They'll have the home field advantage since they'll play at the FFB Stadium. Practice hard! "Good morning! Please note the Press Release attached. Who is excited for this upcoming match?! Go Belize!"

The Belize Jaguars did their best at the CONCACAF Gold Cup. They got some great pictures from Tuesday's match against Cuba. Great job, Jaguars! Get ready for next year.

The Jaguars, Belize's national football team, is having their telethon today so they can go to the CONCACAF Gold Cup. It is being broadcast on Love TV. The Belize National Football Team, the Jaguars, have returned from their vicotry in Costa Rica at the Copa Centralamericana. They returned to much fanfare. Congratulations, Jaguars, on accomplishing what hadn't been done before.

The University of Belize took 3rd place at the ATLIB Football Finals that were played in Mango Creek. It was a tied game, and CJC came ahead during the penalty kicks. Congratulations, Black Jaguars!
"UB Black Jaguars traveled to Mango Creek to play in the ATLIB Football National Tournament in March. Black Jaguars’ first game was against Corozal Junior College (CJC) who they started to lead 1-0 but then CJC tied the game. Unfortunately lost in the penalty kicks 7-6. Black Jaguars won Centro Escolar Mexico Junior College 4-1 to secure third place in the tournament."

The University of Belize uploaded some good shots of last Saturday's games here in Cayo, at Broaster Stadium.
"On Saturday, March 17, UB Black Jaguars made their way to San Ignacio to play in the ATLIB Football Regionals tournament. In their first game Male Black Jaguars defeated Ecumenical Junior College 2-0. Coming to the end of the day UB Black Jaguars faced Sacred Heart Junior College and won 2-1, qualifying to the ATLIB Nationals. Female Black Jaguars were not able to qualify for the Nationals. The Nationals will be held on March 31, at Independence Junior College."

The UNCAF U-16 matches are this week, at the FFB Stadium in Belmopan, and Belize plays every night at 7:00pm. Nicaragua tonight, then El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Costa Rica on Friday night. If you can't make it to the games, you can see them on most TV stations. Go, Jaguars!

The Belize Jaguars are playing Costa Rica tomorrow night, and Meluchi's is projecting it on their big screen. They'll have panty rippers and screw drivers for just $4 during the game. After the game, they are having their Xtreme Glow dance with Mistah Geeh, Riddim One, and DJ Trav. They'll be giving away glow gifts, drinks, and a phone.

The Jaguars are in Portland, getting ready to defeat the USA team. They were interviewed yesterday evening, and they have a message. The game will be shown most everywhere in Cayo tonight. Meluchi's, The Stork Club, Lucky 5, and many others are having specials for the game. The Cayo Welcome Center will be showing the game too, turning downtown into a party zone.

We love the zoo!
"The Belize Zoo is unique in that all the animals are native to Belize and none are captured in the wild. They are all either abandoned pets or animals from other zoos or from movie sets. The zoo was damaged pretty significantly in Hurricane Richard in October 2010, but they have built most of it back up. Lots of cool cats - Leopards, Pumas, and the famous Jaguars - plus cool birds and other local animals, such as the tapir and coati. All in all - a great trip."
