Caribbean Wellness Week is later this month, and the Belize Wellness Institute is planning on taking a gro0p to the main event in Belize City.  You can find out all about it tomorrow, at the monthly Cayo Wellness Symposium.

The Belize Wellness Institute is having another great Wellness Symposium this Saturday.  It'll be at the Maya Mountain Lodge, and will start at noon.  They'll have over 20 businesses showing off their wellness related products.
