How to Make Nikuman 肉まんの作り方

Le nikuman est un plat japonais fait d'une pâte de farine de blé remplie d'une farce cuisinée à base de porc haché et d'autres ingrédients. Il s'agit d'une sorte de chūkaman (中華まん?, lit. « brioche à la vapeur chinoise ») ressemblant au baozi chinois, appelé aussi brioche au porc (pork buns en anglais).
