I used to study for like 6 hours to learn one single chapter… it took ages to understand that one tiny topic and I used to get so tired by the end of it that it genuinely just felt depressing. It was so slow and then I’d resort to just cramming the rest. But after years and years in pretty intense education, I’ve finally found the one skill that.. honestly changed all of this. Mindmapping.
Because of mindmaps, I now learn 3 ENTIRE chapters in a single go…. all of them in just 30 minutes. And in this video I am going to show you the detailed method that I use to do this, I’m going to answer ALL of your questions, and break everything down as much as I possibly can.

Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a positive organizational development approach that focuses on leveraging an organization's strengths and successes to drive positive change and achieve desired outcomes. The core principle of Appreciative Inquiry is to inquire into the best of what an organization already has and build on those strengths to create a desired future.
Here are some key principles and steps of Appreciative Inquiry:
1. **The 4-D Cycle**: Appreciative Inquiry follows a 4-D cycle, which consists of the following stages: - **Discover**: Identify and explore the strengths, values, and positive aspects of the organization. - **Dream**: Envision the future by imagining what the organization could become if it were at its best. - **Design**: Co-create innovative and actionable plans and strategies to achieve the envisioned future. - **Destiny (or Deliver)**: Implement and sustain the positive changes, integrating them into the organization's culture and practices.
2. **Positive Core**: Appreciative Inquiry encourages organizations to focus on their positive core, which includes their strengths, successes, values, and what is working well. By leveraging these positive aspects, organizations can inspire and mobilize people to create a better future.
3. **Collaborative Inquiry**: Appreciative Inquiry is a collaborative process that involves engaging all stakeholders in meaningful conversations and co-creating the organization's future together. It emphasizes participation, dialogue, and engagement at all levels of the organization.
4. **Provocative Questions**: In Appreciative Inquiry, carefully crafted and provocative questions are used to stimulate positive conversations, encourage reflection, and facilitate the discovery of new possibilities and opportunities.
5. **Sustainable Change**: Appreciative Inquiry aims to create sustainable and transformational change by building on the organization's strengths, fostering a positive culture, and aligning people's strengths and passions with the organization's vision and goals.
By adopting an Appreciative Inquiry approach, organizations can foster a culture of positivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, leading to increased creativity, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.
