We just released our National Rent Report for July. Some of our top findings include:
-San Francisco's median 1BR rent dropped 2.2% to $3,510 in June, while 2BRs dropped 0.6% to $4,770.
-Median 1BR rent in NYC dropped 1.8% to $3,190. This is still a net increase of 2.9% since June of 2015.
-San Jose, CA's median 1BR rent is up 4.6% to $2,280, coming in at #3 in the nation.
-Coming in a close 4th, Oakland, CA's median 1BR rent is up a considerable 13.5% to $2,270.
