Google Play news never quite seems to get the love it deserves at Google I/O keynotes, but there was one nugget of news I was pretty stoked to see yesterday. App indexing, previously available to a select few, is now available for anyone who wants it. Samsung is throwing a press event on May 28 in San Francisco to talk about health, but it won't be launching any new products there. Speaking to Re/code, Samsung's Stefan Heuser, confirmed that this is the case. Heuser didn't give any clues as to what will actually be discussed in San Francisco. So, that puts an end to that speculation, at least for now. The plot thickens to exactly...

Another day, another LG G3 leak. This time a photo of three different colored phones together, obtained by the folks at PhoneArena. And like previous leaks it shows off the brushed effect finish on the back of a black and white phone and we see the top of the previously leaked gold version. The tipster who sent the photo also claimed that the back cover is plastic and removable, and...

After seeing the majority of its Java infringement claims against Android essentially set aside in 2012, Oracle has now won an important reversal on appeal that will allow it to pursue its $1 billion case against Google and potentially an injunction against Android as infringing its Java intellectual property.

We're well aware of the need for at least some bezel on a tablet, but HP sure hasn't tried to slim them down with this one.
