First and foremost, I have to be able to fill the seat. Have I worked on myself enough to show up in the "Learning Mode. It is about me as leader being the best prepared in any situation. The most important things I have to learn is by doing them.
It can be summed up: I will be better tomorrow at what I do than I was today.
