As children from five upwards return to school, they are going to have to start learning how to program - or to "code" to use the trendy term which seems to upset some old-school programmers. The Article 29 Working Party vowed to investigate if Google refused to abide by theEuropean Court of Justice (ECJ) ruling – Google Spain v Gonzalez et al – that decreed Google was not exempt from data protection and privacy legislation on the Continent.
