Blended Learning (BL) is a way to engage learners through a mix of interfaces that addresses diverse learning preferences and styles.  This mix will help the learners to choose what works for them, while allowing the presenter to choose the medium that works best for the content.  


Kristen demonstrates BL is not a collection of material compiled using a set of cool tools, rather for BL to work; it should be a “product” of a carefully planned process.  The 5 best practices is a good foundation for educators.
