Desde hace algunos años, hemos visto cómo los avances tecnológicos han introducido diversos dispositivos que manejan información digital y que al mismo tiempo, facilitan la movilidad del usuario. Si, además, consideramos la evolución de las redes inalámbricas, es fácil entender cómo los móviles han cobrado enorme importancia en la educación.

If you are looking to deploy to mobile devices, there are two major considerations; technical and design. While some of this discussion will relate indirectly to technological capabilities of devices, I have focused the majority of the blog on design considerations to think about when developing solutions that can be deployed on mobile devices. In a future blog I’ll dive more into the technology considerations such as which tools or languages should be used for the development.

El Proyecto pretende sistematizar diversas herramientas que el docente junto con el educando podrán utilizarlas en el aula. Como producto final se podrá obtener trabajos que no tienen su fin en la memoria del móvil, sino que son material bruto, en el que se apoyara para sus estudios estadísticos, científicos o demostraciones. Los alumnos deben establecer una relación directa del mundo que les rodea y la clase a través de una herramienta cercana y controlable por ellos mismos, sin la ayuda directa del profesor, ayudando así a la autonomía personal. Esto es un reto que se debe plantear el docente hoy día en esta revolución tecnológica.

Aporto mi selección de apps para mLearning y nuestro PLE (Entorno Personal de Aprendizaje) dentro del nicho Android. Es una selección parcial desde mi perspectiva y experiencia personal pero que considero que tienen suficiente potencial educativo.
