The delivery of learning via the use of multimedia (also known as eLearning) continues to be a popular choice in workplaces around the world. In my current role as an Instructional Designer, I am involved in the design and development of eLearning courses for corporate clients with the aim of closing knowledge gaps in employees and ultimately improving their performance.
