The vaccine contains a  spike protein (see image) called  syncytin-1, vital for the formation of human placenta in women. If the vaccine works so that we form an immune response AGAINST the spike protein, we are also training the female body to attack syncytin-1, which could lead to infertility in women of an unspecified duration.

There’s a common saying, “food is medicine.” It all comes down to good nutrition, which is so important to keeping up on good health.

But did you know? Some of the most important nutrients we don’t get from food at all (well, mostly). Case and point: vitamin D.

Vitamin D is called the “sunshine vitamin” because, turns out, we get most of it from sunlight!

Vitamin D is technically a hormone, even though we call it a vitamin. 

Cells in our skin produce vitamin D when skin is exposed to sunlight. It’s then sent to our liver and other places to be processed and absorbed. Sunlight is the best way to get the vitamin naturally, while foods can help provide the rest – though supplements are often necessary.

If we spend a good amount of time outdoors when it’s warm, you may not think you need to worry about it. But a lot of us are significantly deficient, especially if we use a lot of sunscreen, or we spend more time indoors than usual (quarantine blues, anyone?).

A study in 2011 showed 42% of American adults were deficient (though many functional medicine practitioners estimate it’s closer to 70% who are below optimal levels). The darker your skin, generally the less easily you can produce vitamin D from sunlight. 69% of Hispanics were deficient, and 82% of African Americans. 

Coming into winter (for those in the North Hemisphere), many of us are inside even more and there is generally less sunlight with shorter days. 

This means we should make sure we’re getting enough in other ways, if we can.

So, why should we focus on vitamin D, and what makes it so important?

• We need vitamin D for strong lmmune systems.

Every year this is important for battling colds and flu. And of course, this year, with certain illness-related global happenings, scientists and researchers are saying vitamin D is a nutrient you’ll really want to have on your side in the months ahead.

• Vitamin D can help you with the blues.

This critical hormone also helps with your mood — makes sense if you’re not in the sun as much, right? In fact, experts say vitamin D works like a balancing hormone for mood and cognitive function more than any other vitamin.
It’s shown that keeping up on the vitamin can be like taking a natural antidepressant, and it could possibly be just as effective for those winter woes in some people.

• You need vitamin D for strong muscles, bones, and organs.

Your heart, skeleton, muscles, kidneys, even lungs need vitamin D to work properly. It could help reduce your risk for heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, and much more.

Fun fact: did you know calcium can’t be absorbed without vitamin D? You definitely need it!

If you can’t get outside, how do you up your vitamin D?

• Consider vitamin D supplements. There are a lot of great products and supplements out there, made by reputable companies, even using natural ingredients. I personally like it as an oil with a dropper. Usually 1 drop is 1,000 international units (IUs). These supplements are generally quite inexpensive.

• Try a vitamin D sun lamp. It’s not as good as basking on the beach, but in winter, this could be a cool gadget to consider for your vitamin D needs. Check with a doctor first because, when used inappropriately, the UV needed to create Vit D has been linked to skin damage. 

• Eat vitamin D-rich foods. Unfortunately for plant-based eaters, lots of these are animal products, like salmon, sardines, eggs, and even herring. Hehe, just like my last name! But did you know you can get plenty from certain mushrooms (especially shiitakes), mushroom supplements, certain seaweed and kelp?

**It’s worth checking with your doctor to see what your vitamin D levels are before starting any new supplementation. 

Vitamin D is important. Be sure to stock up, especially if you’re staying inside a lot — it is not a nutrient to be overlooked!

Almost two decades ago professors Ratko Djukanovic, Stephen Holgate and Donna Davies discovered that people with asthma and chronic lung disease lacked a protein called interferon beta, which helps fight off the common cold. They worked out that patients’ defences against viral infection could be boosted if the missing protein were replaced.

Results of the initial trial, published this week, showed that coronavirus patients in hospital given a special formulation of the professors’ interferon beta drug, called SNG001, delivered directly to their airways via a nebuliser, were two to three times more likely to recover than those given a placebo.

The study of 101 people found that the odds of patients developing a severe version of the disease were reduced by 79%, and their breathlessness was also “markedly reduced”, the company said.

The corona pandemic is part of a war of two opposing factions that jostle for control of humanity, yet the future of life on earth is in our own hands, not those of the warring factions. Creating our own future, imagining life on earth after the war. 

Never before has an illness that manifests much like a flu and that, when all the numbers are on the table and cleaned of exaggerations, is no more deadly than our regular winter season of colds and influenza, never before has such an event been even close to giving justification for closing shops, restaurants and churches, scuttling public events, shutting down travel, or for everyone to stay at home, keep distance from each other and wear face masks, much less the closing of hospitals for everything but essential corona business.

What to do about it you might ask if you have followed my train of thought so far. Is there any way out of the dilemma which we find ourselves in? 

Well for one thing, having an idea of what is happening helps. And remember that, without our cooperation, nothing goes. If we can overcome our fear of death, there is nothing that either one of those two factions can do to us. We have to go into slavery willingly or not at all, that is why corona is so important to them. 

Butt … corona is also a big kick-in-the-ass for humanity. What it really tries to tell us is to get over our collective fears.

Is coronavirus contagious? This is the sixty-four-thousand-dollar question.

The premise that coronavirus is highly contagious and can cause disease has provided the justification for putting entire nations on lockdown, destroying the global economy and throwing hundreds of thousands out of work. From face masks to social distancing, from antivirals to vaccines, these measures are predicated on the assumption that tiny viruses can cause serious illness and that such illness is transmissible person-to-person.

But is coronavirus contagious?

Does it even cause disease?

As early as 1799, researchers puzzled over the cause of influenza, which appeared suddenly—often in diverse places at the same time—and could not be explained by any theory of contagion.

In 1836, Heinrich Schweich, author of a book on influenza, noted that all physiological processes produce electricity and offered the theory that an electrical disturbance of the atmosphere may prevent the body from discharging it. He repeated the then-common belief that the accumulation of electricity in the body causes the symptoms of influenza and that outbreaks were due to atmospheric “influences”—hence the name influenza...

There is unholy trinity of AMA (American Medical Association), FDA (Food and Drug Administration), and Big Pharma, here’s a brief historical summary.

But first, important to note that I’m not against allopathic medicine. It’s very appropriate for physical trauma from injuries, emergency situations, and can be useful for various ailments. I am against the tyrannical monopoly they enforce with mafia-like tactics of threats, lies, distortions to ruin the lives of those who earnestly heal and prevent disease better and more safely.

Additionally, I’m against allopathic medicine’s shutting down access to other more efficacious, safe, and less expensive medical options – alternative healing.

The Financial Seeds Of Medical Tyranny
Prior to the early twentieth century, thriving empirical medical practices, natural medicine, were more popular than allopathic medicine, which at that time specialized in surgery. This changed as influential individuals secured a spot on the financial empire.

The Carnegie, Morgan, and Rockefeller financial conglomeration at the turn of the 20th Century was the impetus toward total power over the medical field. Soon after their initial thrusts, it was the Rockefeller Institute that ensured the growth of this monopoly. After all, it was John D. Rockefeller who was quoted as saying, “Competition is a sin.”

Even the newly formed antitrust laws of the early 20th Century could not deter John D. from figuring out how to get around those restrictions with his oil business. One could say Rockefeller was the Godfather of antitrust law chicanery by playing shell games with his industries and retaining his monopoly.

The early centerpiece of his empire was oil. But early on, JD Rockefeller was aware of expanding his financial empire through the burgeoning pharmaceutical industry. His intention was to control the whole medical field, using the only remedies allowed, patented synthetic drugs.

Natural remedies can’t be patented, and patents bring big profits.

So John D. started by donating to medical schools, beginning with the University of Chicago’s School of Medicine. The stipulations were that only pharmaceutical based medicine would be taught. Then he hired Abraham Flexner to tour medical schools of other traditions throughout the nation “evaluating” the treatments they taught.

From that came the 1906 Flexner Report, which was sufficient to persuade lawmakers into creating legislation that would license only physicians trained in patented chemical based pharmacology and surgery.

Meanwhile, John D. Rockefeller recruited JP Morgan and Dale Carnegie as partners for buying a controlling share of the German drug cartel I.G. Farben. The AMA had been in existence since 1847 as an allopathic physician’s union. It came into prominence as a ruling medical non-government agency from 1920 on, with exclusive power over granting and revoking medical licensing.

The AMA would ridicule other non-synthetic drug medical practices as “quackery” and ensure those practitioners were driven out of business. After all, competition is a sin, J.D. Rockefeller once quipped. Ironically, it’s reported that during this time, the Rockefeller family used homeopathy for their medical needs.

The AMA/Cancer Industry Dodges A Congressional Bullet
Morris Fishbein’s tenure as head of the AMA and editor of JAMA (Journal of the American Medical Association) from 1924 to 1950 set the precedent for terrorizing medical practitioners who strayed from accepted surgical and pharmaceutical dogma.

Occasionally, there were Sherman Anti-Trust Law suits against the AMA that succeeded. But overall, the legacy of AMA tyranny, with support from the FDA, has grown to become the enforcer for what many deem the ‘Medical Mafia’ today.

The Medical Mafia even managed to get past Senator Benedict Fitzgerald’s scathing congressional committee report in 1953. That’s because the report was conveniently buried in congressional archives until recently retrieved by medical crusader Dr. Stanley Monteith.

That report was originally ordered by Congressman Charles Toby, whose son was cured of terminal cancer by an alternative practitioner. Toby wanted to know why these cancer therapies were not easily accessible to the general public, so he tracked down every institute and publication involved with the cancer industry and carefully reviewed cases of suppressed alternative cancer treatments. He saw the cancer industry’s big picture clearly.

A quote from that report: “Behind this is the weirdest conglomeration of corrupt motives, intrigues, jealousy, selfishness, obstruction, and conspiracy I have ever seen.”
The Rockefeller Foundation’s tentacles began wrapping around top publishers and media moguls several decades ago. And Big Pharma currently spends billions on advertising. As a Bob Dylan line from one of his early songs goes, “Money doesn’t talk, it swears.”

In 1982, French scholar Marie Nonclercq published her doctoral thesis on Béchamp, alleging that Pasteur was not only a plagiarist but also a fraud and falsifier of experimental data. But regardless of Pasteur’s character, and regardless of whether he recanted at the end or not, what lives on after him is the mindset, clearly visible amongst most of today’s medical professionals and health care bureaucrats, that it is the germ (formally designated SARS-CoV-2) that has to be tracked down, isolated, avoided, and eradicated—and that’s all that matters. The “terrain”, to conventional modern thinkers, is nothing. 

For instance, on the Ontario government’s website telling its citizens what to do about COVID-19, its advice consists entirely of measures designed to prevent people from coming in contact with the virus: stay home, wash your hands often, don’t touch your face, maintain physical distancing and wear a mask when you have to go out. 

No mention is made of any measures individuals can take to ensure their immune systems are operating at peak efficiency (or as the French scientists would have put it, their terrain is well prepared to mount a defence). It’s almost as though the Ontario government doesn’t believe human beings have immune systems or that they’re of any use whatsoever. The only hope, Ontario seems to believe, is for a pharmaceutical company to patent a vaccine, because that is the only way that human beings can defend themselves against a virus, or acquire immunity.

COVID-19 infection in Tokyo, Japan, produced a negligible fatality rate in spite of it being widely spread across the general population.

This occurred without a lockdown and without dictatorial restrictive measures. Fatality rates related to COVID-19 in Japan have been low compared to Western Countries and have decreased despite the absence of lockdown. 

Yes. Just like Sweden, Japan never insituted a mandatory lockdown. Businesses, restaurants, and transportation were kept open, and public life continued relatively unabated. Meaning unabated ! And yet, these countries are doing better than those that suffocated and still suffocate under lockdown measures and all sorts of arbitrary restrictions that are killing small businesses and normal social life. Low cholesterol is not related to coronary heart disease. Replacing saturated by unsaturated fats increases oxidative stress, which can be alleviated by taking vitamin E and OPCs.
