Just four people — Charles, his wife Perrine and two employed gardeners — work the beds at Bec Hellouin. They work exclusively by hand, yet the farm produces yields that have stunned agricultural researchers. “Critics often say we want to go back to the Stone Age,” says Charles, “but this is about the future.” Indeed, Bec Hellouin seeks to answer one of the most pressing questions facing mankind: How can we feed the world without clearing more forests in an era of climate change?
The farm’s sensational yields have attracted the attention of scientists from France’s National Institute of Agricultural Research, who meticulously counted and weighed the harvests on Bec Hellouin for four years. “At first they did not want to believe the result,” says Charles with a smile. Based on the prices for vegetables from organic farming in Normandy, the Bec Hellouin yield was worth 55 euros per year per square meter, many times more than what conventional farms earn.

Imagine a child brought into this world who has two loving parents close to him. The mother breastfeeds him. The child is free to play. He has friends. He eats fresh simple food. The immediate world around him contains no every-day ominous human threats.
In this setting, his health and vitality expand.
The idea of vaccines—even if they did safely prevent disease (they don’t)—would be absurd.

Health research is based on trust. Health professionals and journal editors reading the results of a clinical trial assume that the trial happened and that the results were honestly reported.
As he described in a webinar last week, Ian Roberts, professor of epidemiology at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, began to have doubts about the honest reporting of trials after a colleague asked if he knew that his systematic review showing the mannitol halved death from head injury was based on trials that had never happened. He didn’t, but he set about investigating the trials and confirmed that they hadn’t ever happened.
We have long known that peer review is ineffective at detecting fraud, especially if the reviewers start, as most have until now, by assuming that the research is honestly reported.
We have now reached a point where those doing systematic reviews must start by assuming that a study is fraudulent until they can have some evidence to the contrary.
This opinion piece in the British Medical Journal shows, with plenty of examples, that scientific publications in the bio medical field cannot be trusted. The problem is larger still, and in my opinion the "hard" sciences fare little better. There are no incentives to be honest in scientific studies and there are plenty of incentives NOT to be. So we are in a fine pickle...

The Financial Seeds Of Medical Tyranny Prior to the early twentieth century, thriving empirical medical practices, natural medicine, were more popular than allopathic medicine, which at that time specialized in surgery. This changed as influential individuals secured a spot on the financial empire.
The Carnegie, Morgan, and Rockefeller financial conglomeration at the turn of the 20th Century was the impetus toward total power over the medical field. Soon after their initial thrusts, it was the Rockefeller Institute that ensured the growth of this monopoly. After all, it was John D. Rockefeller who was quoted as saying, “Competition is a sin.”
Even the newly formed antitrust laws of the early 20th Century could not deter John D. from figuring out how to get around those restrictions with his oil business. One could say Rockefeller was the Godfather of antitrust law chicanery by playing shell games with his industries and retaining his monopoly.
The early centerpiece of his empire was oil. But early on, JD Rockefeller was aware of expanding his financial empire through the burgeoning pharmaceutical industry. His intention was to control the whole medical field, using the only remedies allowed, patented synthetic drugs.
Natural remedies can’t be patented, and patents bring big profits.
So John D. started by donating to medical schools, beginning with the University of Chicago’s School of Medicine. The stipulations were that only pharmaceutical based medicine would be taught. Then he hired Abraham Flexner to tour medical schools of other traditions throughout the nation “evaluating” the treatments they taught.
From that came the 1906 Flexner Report, which was sufficient to persuade lawmakers into creating legislation that would license only physicians trained in patented chemical based pharmacology and surgery.
Meanwhile, John D. Rockefeller recruited JP Morgan and Dale Carnegie as partners for buying a controlling share of the German drug cartel I.G. Farben. The AMA had been in existence since 1847 as an allopathic physician’s union. It came into prominence as a ruling medical non-government agency from 1920 on, with exclusive power over granting and revoking medical licensing.
The AMA would ridicule other non-synthetic drug medical practices as “quackery” and ensure those practitioners were driven out of business. After all, competition is a sin, J.D. Rockefeller once quipped. Ironically, it’s reported that during this time, the Rockefeller family used homeopathy for their medical needs.
The AMA/Cancer Industry Dodges A Congressional Bullet Morris Fishbein’s tenure as head of the AMA and editor of JAMA (Journal of the American Medical Association) from 1924 to 1950 set the precedent for terrorizing medical practitioners who strayed from accepted surgical and pharmaceutical dogma.
Occasionally, there were Sherman Anti-Trust Law suits against the AMA that succeeded. But overall, the legacy of AMA tyranny, with support from the FDA, has grown to become the enforcer for what many deem the ‘Medical Mafia’ today.
The Medical Mafia even managed to get past Senator Benedict Fitzgerald’s scathing congressional committee report in 1953. That’s because the report was conveniently buried in congressional archives until recently retrieved by medical crusader Dr. Stanley Monteith.
That report was originally ordered by Congressman Charles Toby, whose son was cured of terminal cancer by an alternative practitioner. Toby wanted to know why these cancer therapies were not easily accessible to the general public, so he tracked down every institute and publication involved with the cancer industry and carefully reviewed cases of suppressed alternative cancer treatments. He saw the cancer industry’s big picture clearly.
A quote from that report: “Behind this is the weirdest conglomeration of corrupt motives, intrigues, jealousy, selfishness, obstruction, and conspiracy I have ever seen.” The Rockefeller Foundation’s tentacles began wrapping around top publishers and media moguls several decades ago. In this society, psychiatrists are the primary definers of mental states. Their efforts are accepted as official science.
The Psychiatric Political State is based on myths and fairy tales about distinct and separate disorders and “good treatment.”
One of the main psychiatric mantras gaining force? “Everyone at some time in their lives will experience a mental disorder.”
But an open secret has been slowly bleeding out into public consciousness for the past ten years.
THERE ARE NO DEFINITIVE LABORATORY TESTS FOR ANY SO-CALLED MENTAL DISORDER.
And along with that:
ALL SO-CALLED MENTAL DISORDERS ARE CONCOCTED, NAMED, LABELED, DESCRIBED, AND CATEGORIZED by a committee of psychiatrists, from menus of human behaviors.
Their findings are published in periodically updated editions of The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), printed by the American Psychiatric Association.
For years, even psychiatrists have been blowing the whistle on this hazy crazy process of “research.”
Of course, pharmaceutical companies, who manufacture highly toxic drugs to treat every one of these “disorders,” are leading the charge to invent more and more mental-health categories, so they can sell more drugs and make more money.
Here is a mind-boggling twist. Under the radar, one of the great psychiatric stars, who has been out in front inventing mental disorders, went public. He blew the whistle on himself and his colleagues. And for years, almost no one noticed.
His name is Dr. Allen Frances, and he made VERY interesting statements to Gary Greenberg, author of a Wired article: “Inside the Battle to Define Mental Illness.” (Dec.27, 2010).
Major media never picked up on the interview in any serious way. It never became a scandal.
Dr. Allen Frances is the man who, in 1994, headed up the project to write the (then) latest edition of the psychiatric bible, the DSM-IV. This tome defines and labels and describes every official mental disorder. The DSM-IV eventually listed 297 of them.
In an April 19, 1994, New York Times piece, “Scientist At Work,” Daniel Goleman called Frances “Perhaps the most powerful psychiatrist in America at the moment…”
Well, sure. If you’re sculpting the entire canon of diagnosable mental disorders for your colleagues, for insurers, for the government, for Pharma (who will sell the drugs matched up to the 297 DSM-IV diagnoses), you’re right up there in the pantheon.
Long after the DSM-IV had been put into print, Dr. Frances talked to Wired’s Greenberg and said the following:
“There is no definition of a mental disorder. It’s bullshit. I mean, you just can’t define it.”
There is nothing scientific about psychiatry. This is true for the process of "diagnosis" as well as for the treatments that are meted out to the poor victims who happen to think or behave differently from the rest of us.
A recent Oxford University press release announced that scientists working at its Jenner Institute have succeeded in developing a vaccine against malaria. Known as R21/Matrix-M, the vaccine was tested in a 12-month trial involving 450 young children in Burkina Faso and is claimed to have shown up to 77 percent efficacy.
Quoted in the British media, Professor Adrian Hill, director of the Jenner Institute, indicated that he might apply for emergency use authorization for the vaccine, thus bypassing the need for full clinical trials.
Having already obtained such authorization for the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine, which was similarly developed at the Jenner Institute, Hill’s intention to obtain this for the malaria vaccine suggests that emergency use applications are becoming seen as the ‘new normal’ in the field of vaccine development.
Oh yeah - let's just skip those pesky clinical trials and get emergency use authorization for vaccines ... that will make things much easier for the pharma manufacturers if more dangerous for the recipients.
Researchers from Poland detail a thorough critique of current medical model approaches to mental health and propose a shift to humane care.
In a new article, researchers lay out a cogent critique of current practices in mental health care and propose a paradigm shift based on existing, successful alternatives.
The authors were Radosław Stupak, and Bartłomiej Dobroczyński at Jagiellonian University, Poland, and the article was published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health.
Despite the overwhelming increase in psychiatric services, there has been no improvement in outcomes for people diagnosed with mental illness, according to Stupak and Dobroczyński. Rather, outcomes have only worsened since the dawn of the medication era. For instance, the number of people taking long-term prescriptions continues to rise, as do the suicide rate and the rate of disability due to “mental illness.”
The overwhelming focus on biology in mental health research, the authors write, “has failed to address the primary goal psychiatric research should serve—helping patients. The progress in neuroscience does not seem to translate into better treatments, and new drugs are no better than those discovered by accident in the middle of the 20th century and work on the same underlying principles.”
Reforms of Psychiatry are way overdue. So good for these young Polish researchers on tackling a subject that we like to look away from rather than confront and work to make better.

Normally an expert is called a “Fachmann”, someone who has deep knowledge of a certain area, but we also call them somewhat depreciatingly yet lovingly “Fachidioten”. A “Fachidiot” is someone who has studied a certain matter closely but who may very well be, and usually is, an idiot in most things that lay outside of his field of study.
We see this in the incredibly stupid way the current covid ‘pandemic’ is being handled by our health experts. Their advice is to destroy national economies or rather to destroy the backbone of those economies, which are the small and medium sized businesses by closing them but not the large corporate mega stores. It is to wear masks that could not stop a dust particle, much less an airborne virus, and to stay home from work.
It is to develop and roll out an experimental vaccine, a never-been-tried-before approach to genetically engineer humans. The idea is to inject them with RNA forcing the body to produce a certain protein thought to be part of that virus. The side effects of this experiment are still largely unknown as no long term studies of the “vaccines” have been undertaken. All of that to combat an illness that – without any treatment – has a survival rate of more than 99%, roughly comparable to that of the flu.
Our health experts have horribly mishandled the government response to the covid-19 situation. We must not trust them with the coming technocratic society...

My comment: I am not sure about distilled water only, but to get directly to the source, here is the book by Dr. Batmanghelidj. He talks about water and some unrefined sea salt, nothing about distilled only. I think that is a fad someone added.
In this piece, I want to take a look at a few fundamentals about vaccination. In particular, the claim that vaccines have done a fantastic job of reducing case numbers of diseases, and therefore all criticisms of these injections are irrelevant.
I still recall that phone conversation with Richard Moskowitz. I came away from it with an idea about how vaccines could be touted and trumpeted as the reason for vastly reducing cases of diseases, when in fact the reduction of visible symptoms was occurring—a very different thing.
If vaccines were lowering immune-system response, then the acute, vigorous, and all-out inflammatory reaction to germs would be eliminated. And it IS that acute reaction which creates the visible symptoms (rashes, spots, etc.).
Vaccination equals no cases of measles, the experts say. But really, as a result of vaccination, it’s just the visible rash that is missing, while something more dangerous, out of view, is going on in the body...
Vaccines are touted as a cure-all, especially in this time of covid. What no one says however is that they repress symptoms without letting our own immune system strengthen us...

The vaccine being promoted has serious issues and studies should be halted until those issues are resolved, or the vaccine idea is abandoned. We cannot sterilize a major part of the human population under the guise of "fighting Covid"...
There’s a common saying, “food is medicine.” It all comes down to good nutrition, which is so important to keeping up on good health.
But did you know? Some of the most important nutrients we don’t get from food at all (well, mostly). Case and point: vitamin D.
Vitamin D is called the “sunshine vitamin” because, turns out, we get most of it from sunlight!
Vitamin D is technically a hormone, even though we call it a vitamin.
Cells in our skin produce vitamin D when skin is exposed to sunlight. It’s then sent to our liver and other places to be processed and absorbed. Sunlight is the best way to get the vitamin naturally, while foods can help provide the rest – though supplements are often necessary.
If we spend a good amount of time outdoors when it’s warm, you may not think you need to worry about it. But a lot of us are significantly deficient, especially if we use a lot of sunscreen, or we spend more time indoors than usual (quarantine blues, anyone?).
A study in 2011 showed 42% of American adults were deficient (though many functional medicine practitioners estimate it’s closer to 70% who are below optimal levels). The darker your skin, generally the less easily you can produce vitamin D from sunlight. 69% of Hispanics were deficient, and 82% of African Americans.
Coming into winter (for those in the North Hemisphere), many of us are inside even more and there is generally less sunlight with shorter days.
This means we should make sure we’re getting enough in other ways, if we can.
So, why should we focus on vitamin D, and what makes it so important?
We need vitamin D for strong lmmune systems.
Every year this is important for battling colds and flu. And of course, this year, with certain illness-related global happenings, scientists and researchers are saying vitamin D is a nutrient you’ll really want to have on your side in the months ahead.

This critical hormone also helps with your mood — makes sense if you’re not in the sun as much, right? In fact, experts say vitamin D works like a balancing hormone for mood and cognitive function more than any other vitamin. It’s shown that keeping up on the vitamin can be like taking a natural antidepressant, and it could possibly be just as effective for those winter woes in some people.
You need vitamin D for strong muscles, bones, and organs.
Your heart, skeleton, muscles, kidneys, even lungs need vitamin D to work properly. It could help reduce your risk for heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, and much more.
Fun fact: did you know calcium can’t be absorbed without vitamin D? You definitely need it!
If you can’t get outside, how do you up your vitamin D?
Consider vitamin D supplements. There are a lot of great products and supplements out there, made by reputable companies, even using natural ingredients. I personally like it as an oil with a dropper. Usually 1 drop is 1,000 international units (IUs). These supplements are generally quite inexpensive.
Try a vitamin D sun lamp. It’s not as good as basking on the beach, but in winter, this could be a cool gadget to consider for your vitamin D needs. Check with a doctor first because, when used inappropriately, the UV needed to create Vit D has been linked to skin damage.
Eat vitamin D-rich foods. Unfortunately for plant-based eaters, lots of these are animal products, like salmon, sardines, eggs, and even herring. Hehe, just like my last name! But did you know you can get plenty from certain mushrooms (especially shiitakes), mushroom supplements, certain seaweed and kelp?
**It’s worth checking with your doctor to see what your vitamin D levels are before starting any new supplementation.
Vitamin D is important. Be sure to stock up, especially if you’re staying inside a lot — it is not a nutrient to be overlooked!
