Great news for the Brevard FL Space Coast. Port Canaveral.
Port Canaveral is one of the busiest cruise ports in the United States and the world. In 2022, it surpassed Port Miami as the busiest cruise port in the world, welcoming 4.07 million passengers.
All of the major cruise lines have terminals at Port Canaveral, and the facility holds the record for having the highest number of ships calling. This is likely due to its proximity to the theme parks in Orlando.
Port Canaveral - Florida's Port Canaveral has been named the Best US Homeport for 2023 in the annual Cruise Hive Awards.
