Two bedrooms don't leave much for social space but, it is a great layout if you don't need social space. I featured this TH in my channels - it's nice to see the inside.

One of my altime favorite designs! The roof line maximizes space and the windows bring the inside out. Two modifications I would make are a double door for the main entrance and mixed material for siding to offset the plain roofline. How cool is this!? Try it before you decide... This is helpuful for decidiing what features are important to you. I also think this really helps with people who don't their needs for true space.. people who are large, people who have many belongings, people who need to literally simplify their lives. This is a great opportunity for that.
