A three-year-old boy has been killed by his brother, who grabbed a real gun and shot him in the head during a game of cops and robbers.
The boys were playing outside their house on Saturday night in Chicago – America's third largest city, which is experiencing a wave of violence.
Eian Santiago's brother went inside the house and took a loaded hand gun from on top of the refrigerator, returning outside to continue the game. He then shot three-year-old Eian in the head.
So long as there is no accountability on the part of gun owners, and select members of Congress continue to value gun lobby money over the lives of innocent, young children, there will be no end to this sort of senseless gun violence and killing.
