La crise a achevé de convertir les enseignes traditionnelles au commerce en ligne
Après le choc du début du premier confinement, les chaînes de magasins ont accéléré leur mutation numérique. La pandémie leur a fait gagner deux à trois ans sur le calendrier de leur transformation. Les Leclerc, Carrefour, FNAC et autres sortent, à côté d'Amazon, gagnants de la période.
