Titanic’s soundtrack sold nearly 30 million copies. This is a staggering number for any album to achieve yet alone a primarily orchestral score album. James Horner’s lyrical music for “Titanic” is a fine score. It is instantly accessible and strikes the exact right emotional chord at the perfect moment.
