Are you trying to decide between purchasing a modular home or going the more traditional route with a stick built home? There is a lot to consider when trying to decide between these two housing options.
For years modular homes were considered inferior products that did not stack up well to stick built homes constructed by custom home builders. Much of this perception has change in more recent years as the quality of modular homes has gotten better.
This does not mean that buying a modular home should be for you or that it is better than a stick built property.
