Hi, Dave, you are right. It is not Zappa's quote. Many people believe that it is from Zappa because he used this motto very often. But it was a suggestion to the Scoop.it and I didn't want to refuse to publish this.
Many sites credit this quote to James Dewar. Wikiquote wrote that is from anonymous source http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Mind Sakis

Sorry guys for the incorrect quote. But I have found the picture so self describing about Frank Zappa, I couldn't think this could come from somebody else. :)
