Depuis deux ans, l'étudiant entrepreneur a fait son apparition dans le paysage universitaire français. Il bénéficie d'un statut unique dans le monde.

« Entreprendre, c'est une particularité de la génération Y. Être toujours cadrés, tout faire valider par son supérieur, on n'a pas envie de ça » « L'époque où l'on conseillait à un étudiant qui voulait créer son entreprise de terminer d'abord ses études est révolue. Si on veut lancer une application, on a intérêt à se dépêcher avant de se faire piquer son idée. » La formation est révolutionnaire : il n'y a pas de cours. « Ils ont autre chose à faire, ils montent leur projet »

How Finland education make the best student in the world? - no homework - more time to be kids, to enjoy life, to do sport, to play music Finland students have the shorter school day, and the shorter school year. Courses including music, art, biking, singing ... School is about happiness, finding a way to learn what makes you happy, how to use their brains. Teaching what the kids want...

Génération Y - Première génération mondiale, première génération numérique. - Leurs Valeurs infusées par le digital : transparence, transversalité, ouverture, fluidité, agilité. - le savoir dans la poche (smartphone) change le rapport a l'entreprise, à la hiérarchie, à l'autorité, au statutaire. -le Y se cogne la tête à des modèles d'organisation, de leadership qui ne lui convient pas, alors il part. (compétition de job-out). - le Y veut le pourquoi avant le comment, veut s'accomplir avant de réussir. - Tu feras toi quoi demain : ils répondent : entreprendre - être son propre patron

but be happy and healthy are not considerate by education.
