Ok this more a journey that i would like ro share and get input on, its a start, for many years and still now i criticise myself over and over for the decisions i have made and people i have used and hurt, to such an extent that it effects not only my work, but relationships. I am a singer and people have told me tgat im good and to a certain extent i believe them, however i have been trying to record songs for months and launch my fscebook page, however i am to critical so nothing i hear sounds good to me, i have become so good at acting confident that people see me as arrogant, but tgat is not who i am, i fact i would go as far as to say that not only have i accepted that i am the author of my present but i loathe myself for what i have done to get where i am. I am not looking for sympathy but what i am doing is admitting for the first time what i feel about myself and realising that i dont love myself and until i do i am afraid that i will never be truely happy and never believe i deserve to be happy!!! This is the first part to my journey of self love, journey and progress i would like to share!!!
