Last week, Toll Brothers requested to be removed from the Planning Commission meeting agenda for the same application. Newtown Township Manager Micah Lewis said he expects the application will be heard at the Feb.18 Planning Commission meeting.

Conditional use approval is required because Toll is proposing to use a cluster option when configuring the development. The application includes an onsite wastewater treatment facility.
