These supplements are highly effective, and you do need to take them as supplements, because effective amounts can't be obtained from the diet. There's actually four: alpha-lipoic acid is included on the end...

Oh dear - in the country of Slip, Slop, Slap & the highest skin cancer rate in the world - this is disturbing. I've never been able to use normal sunscreen because it burns my skin. So difficult for parents to know what to do. Like everything else it seems that moderation is the key - and going out in the sun at the right times. |

Monsanto’s chemical concoctions which are being sprayed all over farmers’ fields around the world are attributed to the large-scale bee die off. While a growing number of countries are banning Monsanto, it’s still being used in in nations who should be aware of its dangers. To say that new methods need to be implemented before it is too late is an understatement. |
Magnesium deficiency is probably the most widespread of all deficiences, and so many "syndromes" and vague symptoms can be attributed to it. Homeopaths will also notice the similarity with indications for the various magnesium salts. The magnesium remedies in homeopathy have become some of my most prescribed remedies, ahead of other polychrests. Don't forget, however, it does also need to be present in material form, preferably through diet in the long term, but in some cases supplementation may be necessary
