If Coleridge could dream a whole poem, it seems reasonable to dream up a name, especially a mash-up of parts you've heard before. It's always interesting what the subconscious comes up with.
I once dreamed about a Nazini (having once known a Nalini).

Girls names ending with th range from classics like Ruth and Elizabeth to obscurities like Aldith and Blithe. Would you use one of these -th ending names?

YES.
I think names ending in -th are the bees' knees, especially those Anglo-Saxon beauties. Elswith could be seen as a bona fide contraction of names like Æthelswith and Ealhswith (King Alfred's wife*), a bit like Elmer for Æthelmær etc.
