Friends, On Sunday night, the U.S. announced that it is cutting tariffs on Chinese imports from 145 percent to 30 percent, for 90 days, and that China is dropping tariffs on U.S. goods from 125 percent to 10 percent, also for 90 days. The stock market soared on the news.
