A Carrollton man was convicted Tuesday of federal charges for his role in the Jan. 6, 2021, breach of the U.S. Capitol. David Lee Judd, 36, was found guilty of obstruction of an official proceeding and assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers, both felonies.
