When I researched topics for DigiPharm this year people referred to 2011 as the year of mobile for digital communication. There was and still is lots of talk on how pharma can and should use it as another channel to engage with customers.

 

There is growing evidence that doctors are using iPads and smart phones in their daily professional life. This has again been highlighted in a recent survey Elsevier. At DigiPharm Europe 2012 there will be a presentation with brand new research and data on how healthcare professionals use mobile. It will be interesting to see if this figure will have increased and if so by how much?
