LUXEMBOURG - L’accès à l’Internet très haut débit est aisé, mais le taux de pénétration reste faible. L’ILR relève que les tarifs mensuels pour une offre incluant Internet large bande, téléphonie fixe et télévision sont légèrement supérieurs à la moyenne européenne. Ils sont de 58 euros pour des vitesses descendantes comprises entre 12 et 30 Mbps et de 74 euros pour 30 à 100 Mbps.

Luxembourg has the highest standard of living when comparing per capita consumption to the purchase of power. Even though the score has gone down from 2012 to 2013 they are still doing well compared to other countries in their standard of living. What i found interesting was that the only two countries that were close to Luxembourg's standard of living were Norway and Switzerland which are both non EU members.
