High Performers make it necessary and possible to do what needs to be done to accomplish what needs to be accomplished in order for them to perform in a extremely competent manner. They learn by being prepared for what might occur to stop them and plan accordingly so that it would not be an obstacle that would stop them from what they set out to do.
