Learning is not one size fits all. Blended learning empowers us to give employees access to training in a useable format when they need it, often from wherever they are able to access it.

I scooped this article because it actually has a very cool and useful PDF file that is attached to it (click under the photo of the book cover). This PDF file is good resource for blended learning, especially for a teacher that has not implemented yet in their classroom but they are considering this approach to education. The link only provides the first three pages of the PDF file, and the remainder of the article is available for purchase. However, this snippet is still a good starter bit of information, and for those that are truly looking for a resource, this might be the one to consider. I hope that teachers considering a blending learning style will reference this article and perhaps look up more information about it and what others thought of the information before purchasing the final product.
